  Dear Ms. Dortch:

On June 16,2004, the International Bureau reinstated the above-referenced
applications filed by contactMEO Communications, LLC ("contactME0") and stated
that the applications would appear on Public Notice once contactMEO had submitted
certain additional inf0rmation.l One of contactMEO's proposed satellites would
operate in geostationary orbit at 121" W.L.

In the applications, contactMEO seeks, among other things, a waiver of Section
25.202(g) of the Commission's Rules that would permit it to operate its transfer-orbit
  and emergency-mode on-orbit TT&C links on 4/6 GHz (C-band) FSS frequencies.

Letter of Thomas S. Tycz, Chief, Satellite Division to David M. Drucker, Manager,

PanAmSat Licensee Corp. ("PanAmSat"), which is the licensee of a C-band satellite at
123" W.L. that is adjacent to contactMEO's proposed satellite at 121" W.L., asks that
contactMEO be required to coordinate any proposed use of its C-band payload with
PanAmSat in advance of any such operations.

Questions with regard to this matter can be directed to the undersigned counsel
to PanAmSat.

cc: David M. Drucker, contactMEO
