ATTACHMENT 2 Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corporation FCC Form 312 March 2004 NOTE REGARDING FCC FORM 312, SCHEDULE S The FCC Form 312, Schedule S (.mdb file) that is required for this amendment exceeds the 14MB limit set by IBFS, and is therefore also too large to be transmitted by email to the FCC (IBFSINFO@fcc.gov) in accord with the instructions contained in the online Form 312 for submission of “additional” Schedule S .mdb files. Accordingly, with the approval and pursuant to the direction of Mary Jane Solomon of the FCC’s International Bureau, NGST is submitting its amendment without the Schedule S attached, and will submit the Schedule S that is associated with this amendment to the FCC on Monday, March 15, 2004 on CD-ROM.
