On July 22, 2004, the undersigned had another telephone conversation with Richard Engelman, Howard Griboff, and Robert Nelson of the International Bureau. In each telephone conversation, we discussed approaches to manage appropriately and expeditiously consideration of key issues presented by the waiver requests in the above— referenced applications as opposed to treatment of other issues presenting in MSV‘s Petition for Reconsideration. We further discussed the relationship of the applications and the Petition and the overlap of issues therein and the timely resolution of each set of issues.
