We discussed the uplink standard of 6% AT/T, the overhead gain suppression value, the vocoder issue, the downlink power value, the key telecommunications standards that might be incorporated into MSV's ATC system, and the need for having an in-orbit spare. These subjects have been covered in the above-referenced applications and the parties' pleadings and filings regarding those applications.
