Lockheed Martin confirms that the operations of the satellite fully conform to the terms and conditions of the underlying authorization. See Lockheed Martin Corp., DA 05—1747 (Int‘l. Bur., released June 23, 2005). Accordingly, the 15—year license term for the space station should begin today, with an expiration date of November 2, 2021. A copy of this letter will be posted through the milestone module for Call Sign $2372. This action should result in the Commission‘s issuance of a public notice announcing that Lockheed Martin may now remove the remaining $750,000 implementation bond for the LM—RPS—1 satellite, in accordance with Section 25.165(d) of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d).
