Rivers, Jr., CEO of TerreStar Networks, Inc. (TerreStar), an affiliate of TMI; Jonathan D. Blake, Covington & Burling, Counsel for TerreStar; Laurence D. Atlas, Vice President, Government Relations, Loral Space & Communications Ltd.; and Alfred E. Mottur, Brownstein, Hyatt & Farber, Counsel for Mobile Satellite Ventures, the parent of TerreStar, met with Paul Margie, Legal Advisor to Commissioner Michael Copps. On the same day, the parties also met with Commissioner Jonathan S. Adelstein and Barry Ohlson, Legal Advisor to the Commissioner. In addition, on September 30, 2003, all of the parties, excepting Mr. Atlas, met with Sam Feder, Legal Advisor to Commissioner Kevin Martin. All of these meetings were requested by TMI and TerreStar to discuss the merits of their March 10, 2003 Application for Review and Request for Stay in the above referenced dockets. The parties‘ presentations were limited to matters addressed in the aforementioned pleadings. and the subsequent ex parte documents which TMI and TerreStar have filed in connection therewith.
