("HCG") and Satellite Transponder Leasing Corporation ("STLC") filed the above—captioned application (the "Application"). As noted in the Application at 3 n.4, STLC joined in the Application as an "accommodation" to HCG pending the transfer of control of STLC from the International Business Machines Corporation to HCG. Pursuant to Commission consent, HCG consummated the acquisition of control of STLC, which is now a wholly—owned subsidiary of HCG. - Accordingly, HCG and STLC hereby amend the Application to place it entirely in the name of HCG. HCG respectfully requests that the Application be expeditiously granted and that
