Re:    Notice of Commencement of Inclined Orbit Operations for Intelsat 702
       Call Sign: S2388


Dear Ms. Dortch:

       Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Commission's rules (47 C.F.R. §
25.280(a)), Intelsat License LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the
commencement of inclined orbit operations for Intelsat 702, which currently is
operating at 54.85° E.L. Set forth below is the information required by the
Commission.

(1)    The operator's name is Intelsat License LLC.

(2)    The satellite is expected to leave the 0.05° inclination control box on July
       4, 2011. The last north/south station-keeping maneuver occurred on May
       30, 2011.

(3)    The initial inclination (after the last north/south station-keeping
       maneuver) was 0.0586º.

(4)    The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows:
       2011 – 0.84º per year
       2012 – 0.82° per year
       2013 – 0.79° per year
       2014 – 0.77° per year
       2015 – 0.77° per year
       2016 – 0.77° per year

(5)    The expected end-of-life of the satellite accounting for inclined orbit
       operations is June 2016.
