Answer to Question 12: Masaaki Moribayashi is a director of NTT Limited and is also a director of NTT Communications Corporation, a Japanese entity and a licensed carrier in Japan. Answer to Question 13: NTT Communications Corporation, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, held 100% of the ownership interests (the “Controlling Interest”) in NTT America, Inc., the International Section 214 Authorization holder. NTT Communications Corporation transferred the entire Controlling Interest to NTT Limited, another wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation. Control of licensee NTT America, Inc. remains with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation. Note re File Numbers Listed in Schedule A: The applicant, NTT America, Inc. was initially named NTTA.Com, Inc. It initially obtained a limited facilities-based resale authority in 1997 under ITC-2141998071300481. In 1998, the authorization was amended to include additional resale authority under authorizations ITC- 2141997090400535 and ITC-2141997012700043. In 2001, NTTA.Com, Inc. changed its name to NTT America, Inc. NTT America, Inc. includes all three authorization numbers in this application.
