(“Cable One”) and Fidelity Communications Co. (“Fidelity”) (Cable One and Fidelity collectively, the “Applicants”) respectfully submit this Supplement to the Joint Application filed on April 25, 2019 in the above-referenced matters. The Joint Application seeks approval for Cable One to acquire ownership and control of certain subsidiaries of Fidelity that hold domestic and/or international Section 214 authority to provide telecommunications services (the “Transaction”). FidelityLink, LLC (“FL”) is a Missouri limited liability company that holds authority from the Commission to provide interstate telecommunications service. At this time, Fidelity owns fifty percent (50%) of the membership interests of FL and is the managing member of the entity. The remaining membership interests of FL are held by Parta Networks LLC (“Parta”), a Missouri limited liability company. In connection with the Transaction, Fidelity plans to acquire the remaining membership interests of FL and transfer control of FL to Cable One with the other Fidelity subsidiaries. 1

CAHILL GORDON & REINDEL LLP Fidelity and Parta are in the process of finalizing the transaction pursuant to which Fidelity will acquire the remaining ownership interests of FL. To the extent Fidelity does not acquire the remaining membership interests of FL, Cable One will not acquire FL as part of the Transaction. In response to a request from the Wireline Competition Bureau, the Applicants hereby supplement their Joint Application to include Parta as a party to the Joint Application, and to provide the attached executed verification from Parta, which should be associated with the Joint Application.
