Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Supplement to Pro Forma Transfer of Control Notification ITC-T/C-20190128- 00064 Dear Sir or Madam, Inmarsat Inc. and ISAT US Inc. hereby supplement the above-referenced notification of the pro forma transfer of control of an international 214 authorization (“January 2019 Notification”). This supplement corrects the name of the Inmarsat entity holding ITC-214-20090501-00194 from Inmarsat Inc. to ISAT US Inc. The January 2019 Notification identified the holder of ITC-214-20090501-00194 as Inmarsat Inc. because at the time of filing the International Bureau Filing System (IBFS) listed Inmarsat Inc. as the holder. After discussions with International Bureau staff, the IBFS system was corrected to list the holder of ITC-214-20090501-00194 as ISAT US Inc., consistent with the July 29, 2010 public notice under IBFS File No. ITC-ASG-20100611-00229 (DA 10-1417). Accordingly, the entity listed in the January 2019 Notification in Question #1 on the FCC Form 214 and on page 1 of Attachment 1 should be changed from Inmarsat Inc. to ISAT US Inc.
