WC Docket No. 18-382, ITC-T/C-20181217-00230 Dear Ms. Dortch: The Department of Justice (“DOJ”), with the concurrence of the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) and the Department of Defense (“DOD”) (collectively, the “Agencies”), requests that the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) defer action on the above-referenced proceeding and remove this application from streamlined processing. The Agencies are currently reviewing this matter for any national security, law enforcement, and public safety issues but have not yet completed that effort. We therefore request that the Commission defer action until the Agencies notify the Commission of the completion of their reviews, and, based on the results of such reviews, requests appropriate action by the Commission. The Agencies will advise the Commission promptly upon completion of their reviews. Thank you for your consideration.
