Please accept this letter as clarification that any reference in the Application to Section 63.03 and Section 63.04 of the Federal Communications Commission Rules as well as the reference to a WC Docket caption was inadvertent. SelecTel provides wireless telecommunication services as a mobile virtual network operator and does not provide domestic wireline services. We apologize for the confusion and we appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification.
