(“NTC”) respectfully notifies the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) that the transaction described in the above-referenced application was consummated on June 6, 2018, resulting in the substantive transfer of control of NTC to Mr. Giuseppe Giurfa, a U.S. citizen. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.24(e)(4), NTC notes that the international application addressed the transfer of control of an authorization granted to NTC in IB File No. ITC-214- 20170309-00033. The domestic application was approved effective May 7, 2018.
