ATTACHMENT 1 Notification of the Pro Forma Transfer of Control of Choice Communications, LLC Pursuant to Section 64.24(f) of the Commission’s rules,1 the Commission is hereby notified of the pro forma transfer of control of Choice Communications, LLC (“Choice”), which holds two international Section 214 authorizations. Because the transfer of control did not result in a change in the ultimate control of Choice, the transfer is properly classified as pro forma. (“ATN”), became a wholly- owned, direct subsidiary of a different ATN subsidiary, Vitelcom Cellular, Inc. d/b/a Viya Wireless and Viya Mobility. Inasmuch as ATN remains in ultimate control of Choice, the reorganization was pro forma in nature. The following chart illustrates the pro forma reorganization.
