Dear Ms. Dortch: The Department of Justice (“DOJ”), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), and the Department of Defense (“DOD”), (collectively “Team Telecom”) request that the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) defer action on the above-referenced matter. Team Telecom is currently reviewing this matter for any national security, law enforcement, and public safety concerns but has not yet completed that effort. Team Telecom requests that the Commission defer action until such time as Team Telecom notifies the Commission of the completion of its review and based on the results of such review, requests appropriate action by the Commission. Team Telecom will advise the Commission promptly upon completion of its review.
