("LTS"), Lackawaxen Long Distance Company ("LLDC") and LCI Communications, Inc. to Laurel Highland Total Communications, Inc. On January 16, 2018, the Commussion granted the transfer of control of the domestic authorizations held by LTS and LLDC. See Public Notice, WC Docket Nos. 17—353, et al., DA 18—47, released January 16, 2018. On December 29, 2017, the Commussion granted the transfer of control of the international authorization held by LLDC.
