(formerly UTC Video Concepts, LLC), and its affiliate UTC Long Distance, LLC that provide interstate interexchange and exchange access services in Tennessee pursuant to a blanket domestic Section 214 authorizations. WC Docket No. 17-242 IBFS File No. IB2017002517 Dear Ms. Dortch: This letter constitutes a supplement to the application of United Communications Holdings, LLC (“UCH”) for approval of the transfer of control of the Domestic and International 214 authorizations held by UCH’s wholly-owned subsidiaries United Telephone Company d/b/a United Communications, United Communications, Inc. (formerly UTC Video Concepts, LLC), and UTC Long Distance, LLC. The applications were filed with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) on September 8, 2017 and this supplemental filing is being made in response to a request from Greg Kwan of the FCC's Competition Policy Division, Wireline Competition Bureau, for the following additional information in WC Docket No. 17-242. This letter will confirm that none of the remaining three interest holders in UCH following the redemption of the ownership interests of MSouth Equity Partners, LP, (i.e., William Bradford, Eugene Johnson and Michael Jury) holds any cognizable ownership interest in any other telecommunications service providers. A copy of this letter is also being submitted through the IBFS to be associated with the companion application to transfer control of the International 214 authorization held by UTC Long Distance, LLC.
