Each of Republic Wireless, Inc. and Carmichael Investment Partners, LLC are Delaware formed entities, and Carmichael Bandwidth, LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company. The principal business of each of Carmichael Investment Partners, LLC and Carmichael Bandwidth, LLC is investment. Applicants also will notify the Commission of any changes to the proposed Transaction described in the above-referenced Applications.
