Radiate filed an application for consent to the transfer of control of international section 214 authorization, ITC-214-20050701-00565, on June 7, 2017.1/ The Commission granted the transfer of control with respect to this authorization on August 30, 2017.2/ The Transaction closed January 24, 2018.
