("MTC"), parent company of both Catskills Communications, Inc. dba MTC Long Distance ("CCI") and Heart of the Catskills Communications, Inc. dba MTC Cable (CCI— MC"). The Commission granted the domestic transfer of control noted above for MTC, CCI and CCI—MC on May 21, 2017. See Public Notice, WC Docket Nos. 17—94 and 17—98, DA 17—493, released May 22, 2017.
