Washington, D.C. 20554 RE: Supplement (WC Docket No. 17-54; ITC-T/C-20170222-00021) Joint Domestic and International Application for Consent to Transfer Control of Global Connection Inc. of America Dear Ms. Dortch: At the request of Commission Staff, we hereby supplement the above-referenced Joint Domestic and International Application for Transfer of Control of Global Connection Inc. of America (“Global Connection”) to Odin Mobile, LLC (“Odin Mobile”) (the “Application”) by providing the following statements for the record:  Neither Odin Mobile nor its affiliates, as identified in the original Application (Prepaid Wireless Wholesale, LLC; Cintex Wireless, LLC; and owner Paul Greene) have any other telecom interests.  Prepaid Wireless Wholesale, LLC provides service in all fifty (50) states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Odin Mobile provides service in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
