In connection with the above-referenced applications, GTT Communications, Inc. (“GTT”)
submits this filing to supplement prior information provided regarding Brian Thompson, a holder
of a 10% or greater indirect equity interest in GTT. A November 18, 2016 supplement filing,
identified Mr. Thompson as a United States citizen and, by this filing, GTT clarifies that Mr.
Thompson is a dual citizen of the United States and Ireland.
