ATTACHMENT 1 Notification of the Pro Forma Transfer of Control of DTR Holdings, LLC and Innovative Long Distance, Inc. Pursuant to Section 64.24(f) of the Commission’s rules, 1 the Commission is hereby notified of the internal reorganization and pro forma transfer of control of DTR Holdings, LLC (“DTR”), which holds an international Section 214 authorization, and its wholly-owned direct subsidiary Innovative Long Distance, Inc. (“ILD”). Because the transfer of control did not result in a change in the ultimate control of DTR or ILD, the transfer is properly classified as pro forma.
