ANSWER TO QUESTION 11: Section 63.18(h) - 10% or greater owners of Applicant The applicant is Mike Murray, a private U.S. Citizen Principal Business: Telecommunications Address: 2313 Mountain Apple Way Apopka, FL 32712 The 214 authorization holder, Last Mile Corp. is currently 100% owned by Edwin Morales, a private U.S. citizen. Principle Business: Telecommunications Address: 2555 Polk Street Hollywood, FL 33020 Answer to Question 13: The proposed transfer of control will occur through a stock purchase agreement under which the Transferee will purchase all of Edwin Morales' 100% ownership interest in Last Mile Corp. Following the transfer, Mr. Murray, will own and control 100% of Last Mile Corp. The name and corporate organization of Last Mile Corp. will remain unchanged, and Last Mile Corp. will retain its existing international 214 license.
