Tomaino SUPPLEMENT TO -and- APPLICATION ITC-T/C-20160315- Newport Telephone Company, Inc.; NTCNet Long 00122 Distance, Inc.; and NTCNet Telecom, Inc. Application for Authority Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as Amended, to Assign International Section 214 Authority. At the request of Commission Staff, the Application for Authority herein is supplemented as follows: The application herein is a Transfer of Control application. The international resale license is held by NTCNet Long Distance, Inc., a 100% subsidiary (actually, grandchild) of Newport Telephone Company, Inc., the ILEC (See organizational chart at the end of Attachment 1). The Middleburgh Telephone Company, Inc. and Mr. Tomaino are purchasing 100% of the stock of Newport Tvlephone Company, Inc., so there will be a change of control of NTCNet Long Distance, Inc. The actual international resale license is not being transferred, and will stay with NTCNet Long Distance, Inc. There is a typographical error on page 4 of 11 of Attachment 1 to the application. The correct name of"Irrevocable Trust II" is "RF and MR Becker Irrevocable Trust II," as correctly set forth opposite the indication of79.74% ownership on the bottom of page 4 of 11. The reference immediately below that to "Beneficiaries of RF and RM Becker

Irrevocable Trust II" is intended to be to the same trust, and mistakenly (due to a typographical error) refers to the "RF and RM Becker Irrevocable Trust II."
