(together the Applicants) filed the above-referenced application for approval to transfer control of Global Connection Inc. of America1 to Global Reconnect, Inc. The application was approved by the International Bureau on March 11, 2016 and by the Wireline Competition Bureau on March 18, 2016. Pursuant to section 63.24(e)(4) of the Commission’s rules, the Applicants respectfully notify the Commission that a decision has been reached not to consummate the transaction described in their application.
