International Telcom, Ltd. (“ITL” or “Transferor”), and SwiftReach Networks, Inc.

(“SNI” or “Transferee”) (collectively, “Applicants”) file this Supplement at the request of

Commission Staff to update information regarding Transferee’s affiliates through common

ownership, SwiftReach 800 Services, LLC (FRN: 0020297123) (“SwiftReach 800”) and

SwiftReach Wholesale Services, LLC (FRN: 0020296638) (“SwiftReach Wholesale”).

SwiftReach 800 is a New Jersey limited liability company headquartered at 14 Industrial

Avenue, Suite 4, Mahwah, NJ 07430. SwitftReach 800 provides retail telephony services.

SwiftReach 800 provides service only in New Jersey and currently has one customer.

SwifthReach Wholesale is a New Jersey limited liability company headquartered at 14

Industrial Avenue, Suite 4, Mahwah, NJ 07430. SwiftReach Wholesale provides a wholesale
