Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Cablevision Lightpath Inc., ITC-214-19940128-00025 Notification of Name Change to Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries of International Section 214 Authorization Holder Dear Secretary Dortch: Pursuant to Section 63.21(i) of the Commission’s rules,1/ and on behalf of Cablevision Lightpath, Inc., holder of the International Section 214 authorization ITC-214-19940128-00025, this letter notifies the Commission of the name change of two Cablevision Lightpath Inc. wholly- owned subsidiaries operating under the Cablevision Lightpath Inc. International Section 214 authorization as provided in Section 63.21(h).2/ Following conversion of the two subsidiaries to limited liability companies effective January 1, 2013, the subsidiary formerly known as Cablevision Lightpath-NJ, Inc. is now operating as Cablevision Lightpath NJ LLC, and the subsidiary formerly known as Cablevision Lightpath-CT, Inc. is now operating as Cablevision Lightpath CT LLC. No organizational or name change has taken place with respect to the Section 214 authorization holder, Cablevision Lightpath, Inc., only the two wholly-owned subsidiaries.
