        Yesterday, Altice N.V. (“Altice”) and Cablevision Systems Corporation (“Cablevision”)
filed the above-referenced Joint Application to transfer control of international and domestic
Section 214 authorizations from Cablevision to Altice. A replacement Page 23 is being provided
here to make a technical, non-substantive correction to the Page 23 that was in advertently
included with yesterday’s submission.
