ITC—214—20041209—00492 and ITC—T/C—20150820—00202 and WC Docket No. 15—203 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. §63.24(e)(4), this notice is to inform the Commussion that, on February 14, 2014, consummation occurred with respect to the underlying transaction involving TC3 Telecom, Inc. ("TC3") and its then ultimate parent company, the Joseph P. Mattausch Agreement of Trust ("JPM Trust") through the sale of the stock by JPM Trust in TC3 Leasing Company ("TLC") to D& P Communications, Inc. ("D&P"). TLC is the direct parent company of TC3 and, as a result of the sale of stock of TLC by the JPM Trust, through its trustee Joseph P. Mattausch, to D&P, TLC and TC3 became and are, respectively, the direct and indirect wholly—owned subsidiaries of D&P . The transfer of control of TC3 from its indirect parent the JPM Trust and to TC3‘s current indirect parent D&P did not have prior Commission approval with respect to TC3‘s original grant of international authority under File No. ITC—20041209—00492. This error was corrected and the transfer was subsequently approved under File No. ITC—T/C—20150820—00202. See Public Notice, Report No. TEL—01759, DA No. 15—1228, released October 29, 2015 at 3. Similarly, the error in not seeking prior Commussion approval of the transfer of control of TC3‘s domestic Section 214 authorization was corrected in the submissions made in WC Docket No. 15—203 and the transfer was subsequently approved by the Commussion on October 20, 2015.
