ATTACHMENT 1 Notification of the Pro Forma Transfer of Control of International Section 214 Authorization Held by I-Linx LLC I-Linx LLC (“I-Linx”) holds international Section 214 authorization ITC-214-20050310- 00092. I-Linx previously was directly owned 100% by Transferor Deborah Deffaa, a U.S. citizen. As a result of a corporate reorganization effective June 1, 2015, direct ownership of I- Linx has been transferred to U.S. corporation MVS USA, Inc. (“Transferee” or “MVS USA”). Because Deborah Deffaa owns 100% of MVS USA, the reorganization did not result in a change in the ultimate control of the I-Linx international Section 214 authorization; and the transfer of control is properly classified as pro forma. A separate notification of pro forma transfer of control is being filed concurrently for the two international Section 214 authorizations held by MVS USA: ITC-214-19970714-00397 and ITC-214-19970714-00399.
