ATTACHMENT 1 Notification of the Pro Forma Transfers of Control of International Section 214 Authorizations Held By MVS USA, Inc. MVS USA, Inc. (“MVS USA”) holds the following two international Section 214 authorizations: ITC-214-19970714-00397 and ITC-214-19970714-00399. Prior to the transaction, MVS USA was indirectly owned 100% by Transferee Deborah Deffaa, a U.S. citizen. As a result of a corporate reorganization effective June 1, 2015, ownership of MVS USA has been transferred to Deborah Deffaa, such that she directly owns 100% of MVS USA. Because the reorganization did not result in a change in the ultimate control of the international Section 214 authorizations held by MVS USA, the transfer is properly classified as pro forma. Also as part of the reorganization, MVS USA directly owns 100% of international Section 214 holder I-Linx LLC, which previously was owned directly by Deborah Deffaa (I-Linx LLC holds ITC-214-20050310-00092). A separate notification is being filed concurrently for the I-Linx LLC pro forma transfer of control.
