("Transferor" or "Selectel") and Compass Capital Inc. and Compass Atlantic Inc. (collectively "Compass" or "Transferees"), (together the "Applicants"), enclosed please find an amendment to the application for approval to transfer control of Selectel to Compass. Applicants originally filed their application with the International Bureau on December 15, 2014 and the Wireline Competition Bureau on January 14, 2015. However, in response to a request by Commission staff, Applicants hereby supplement those submissions with the attached exhibits, which provide declarations from officers of the Applicants attesting to the truth of the statements contained within the application and that the Applicants comply with the ADA drug benefit requirements.
