("Murosa"), (collectively the "Applicants") filed an application for authority to transfer control of Hibernia Atlantic U.S. LLC ("HB Atlantic‘") and Hibernia Media, LLC ("HB Media") to KCK. KCK is incorporation under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with its registered office in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. HB Atlantic is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Washington. HB Atlantic holds the HB Atlantic submarine cable landing license: SCL—MOD—20020412—00022 (granted July 3, 2002), the modification of SCL—LIC—19990804—00012. The existing HB Atlantic cable system connects landing stations located in the U.S. (Lynn, Massachusetts), and abroad (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada (Herring Cove); Dublin, Ireland; Southport, United Kingdom; and Portrush, Northern Ireland). The above—referenced application has been filed pursuant to the provisions of the Cable Landing License Act, 47 U.S.C. §§ 34—39, section 1.767 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.767, and Executive Order No. 10530, § 5(a) (May 10, 1954), reprinted as amended in 3 U.S.C. § 301. The Counsel for the applicants has certified that on September 12, 2014, she has served copies of the application to the Department of State, NTIA, and DOD as required by the Commission‘s rules 47 C.F.R. §1.767 (j). This letter begins the 30—day review process set out in the letter from the Under Secretary of State for Economic, Business, and Agricultural Affairs to the Chairman, Federal Communications Commission (dated Deg. 3, 2001).
