DHS and DOD are currently reviewing these matters for any national security, law enforcement, and public safety issues but have not yet completed that effort. We therefore request that the Commission defer action until such time as DHS and DOD have completed their reviews, and we notify the Commission of such completion and, based on the results of such reviews, request appropriate action by the Commission.
