ATTACHMENT 1 Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation (“Comcast”), and Time Warner Cable Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TWC,” and together with Comcast, “the Applicants”), submit this attachment to their application to transfer control of the international Section 214 authorizations held by TWCIS HoldCo LLC (FCC File No. ITC-214-20030117-00043) and Insight Midwest Holdings, LLC (FCC File No. ITC-214-20040723-00514) from TWC to Comcast. Answer to Question 10. The information required by 47 C.F.R. § 63.18(c) and (d) is contained in the attached Joint Application 1 at pages 9 through 15. Answer to Question 11. Additional information regarding the ownership of the Applicants is contained in the Joint Application at pages 15-16. Information regarding the ownership of the international Section 214 authorization holders is contained in the organizational charts attached to the Joint Application as Exhibit B.
