("KACI") from Keystone—Arthur Telephone Company ("KATC") to Glenwood Telephone Membership Corporation ("Glenwood") as approved by the Commission on December 6, 2013 as noted in the Commission‘s Public Notice, Report No. TEL—01645, DA No. 13—2355, released December 12, 2013 at 5. KeyArt Comm., Inc.‘s international Section 214 authority was granted under File No. ITC—214—19970402—00188 and the transfer of control approved under File No. ITC—T/C—20131105—00292. In addition, the transfer of control of the domestic operations of KATC and KACI to Glenwood as noted in the domestic Section 214 application that was granted on December 9, 2013 (see Public Notice, WC Docket No. 13—248, DA 13—2346, released December 9, 2013) in WC Docket No. 13—248 was also consummated on December 31, 2013.
