(“LIGA Telecom”) and Mr. Yaroslav Donchenko (collectively, the “Applicants”), enclosed herewith for filing is an amendment to the Applicant’s pending application to transfer control of an International Section 214 authorization (ITC-T/C-20130816- 00211), filed on August 16, 2013. At the request of International Bureau staff, the Applicants are hereby amending the response to Question 5 in the Transfer of Control application to provide an updated address for Mr. Dmytro Artemenko. The Applicants are also amending the response to Question 7 to provide an updated address for Mr. Donchenko. The Applicants are updating the response to Question 11 to include the name, address, citizenship, and principal business of Mr. Donchenko and Mr. Artemenko. Finally, the Applicants are updating the response to Question 13 to include the state of incorporation of LIGA Telecom. AMENDMENT Answer to Question 5: At the request of International Bureau Staff, the Applicants are updating the address of Mr. Dmytro Artemenko. Mr. Artemenko’s updated address is as follows: Dymtro Artemenko 1717 77th Street Brooklyn, New York, 11214 Answer to Question 7: At the request of International Bureau Staff, the Applicants are updating the address of Mr. Yaroslav Donchenko. Mr. Donchenko’s updated address is as follows: Yaroslav Donchenko 11 Raymond Avenue, Suite 27 Poughkeepsie, New York 12603 Answer to Question 11: No entity owns directly or indirectly at least ten (10) percent of the equity of Mr. Donchenko (the Transferee), as determined by successive multiplication in the manner specified in the note to Section 63.18(h) of the Commission’s rules, because Mr. Donchenko is an individual. At the request of International Bureau Staff, the Applicants are updating the Application to provide the name, address, citizenship, and principal business of Mr. Donchenko, and the name, address, citizenship, and principal business of Mr. Artemenko.
