("Transferee") hereby amends as follows the Transferee‘s portion of the above—captioned application (the "Application") filed with the Commission on June, 6, 2013, by Transferee, MTS Inc. ("Transferor"), and Allstream Fiber US, Inc., requesting approval for the transfer of control of Allstream Fiber, as the holder of an International Section 214 Authorization, from Transferor to Transferee. The response to questions 11 and 12 in Attachment 1 to the Application‘ is supplemented to state as follows: ‘ "Name, address, citizenship andprincipal business ofany person or entity that directly or indirectly owns at least ten percent ofthe equity ofthe Transferee and identification ofany interlocking directorates." —1—

With regard to ownership information provided for Pezou S.a.r.1., Mr. Rodolphe Aldo Mario Mareuse is a Managing Partner of Accelero Capital Holdings, S.a.r.L. 3. With regard to ownership information provided for Panda Investments, Mr. Ossama Bessada is a Managing Partner of Accelero Capital Holdings, S.a.r.l. 4. With regard to ownership information provided for Mr. Khalid Bishara, Mr. Bishara is employed as general manager of Accelero Capital Egypt LLC, an Egyptian limited liability company.
