("Charter"), transferee in the above—referenced transaction, hereby notifies the Commission that the above—referenced transfer of control of Bresnan Digital Services, LLC, and affiliates‘ (and their respective domestic and international 214 authorizations), from Cablevision Systems Corporation to Charter was consummated on July 1, 2013. Pursuant to Section 63.24(e)(4), Charter informs the Commission that the International Bureau file number under which the transfer of control was granted is ITC—T/C—20130227— 00052. Post—consummation, the Bresnan entities will continue to operate under authority of the international section 214 authorization held by Bresnan Digital Services, LLC: ITC—214— 20061117—00525. Enclosed please find five copies of this notice, and a duplicate copy designated as a "stamp & return‘" copy. Please date—stamp the duplicate copy of this filing and return it in the envelope provided herein.
