Attachment 1, Answer to Question 13 of the Application states that TSC Acquisition will purchase all of the outstanding stock of Sage Telecom, Inc., and that GP/T Holdings, LLC, will, in turn, hold an indirect interest of approximately 68% in Sage Telecom, Inc., and Sage Telecom of Texas, LP. Due to a typographical error, the percentage stated in that response is incorrect. Consistent with the corporate structure charts set forth in Exhibits A—1 and A—2 to the Application, the correct percentage of Sage Telecom, Inc., and Sage Telecom of Texas, LP, that will be indirectly held by GP/T Holdings is 57% Should you have any questions with respect to this matter, please feel free to contact the undersigned.
