Attachment 1 FCC Form 214 Page 3 of 3 ANSWER TO QUESTION 11 The following information is provided for all entities that hold an ownership interest of 10% or more in Avnerne, LLC:  Avnerne, LLC (Avnerne) is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas. Avnerne was formed as a holding company to acquire the membership interests of Choice Wireless LC. 100% of the membership interests of Avnerne are owned by Netanel Avner. Mr. Avner holds dual U.S./Israeli citizenship. The address for Mr. Avner is the same as the address for Avnerne, LLC as set forth in response to question 10, above. ANSWER TO QUESTION 13 The present filing seeks consent for the transfer of control of the International Section 214 authorization held by Choice Wireless, LC (“Choice”) in connection with the acquisition of that company by Avnerne, LLC (“Avnerne”). Choice also holds Point-to-Point Microwave licenses and is the lessee of Personal Communications Services spectrum under certain spectrum leases. Accordingly, consent for this transaction is also being sought simultaneously from the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. Avnerne and Choice are otherwise legally, technically and financially qualified to hold the International 214 authorization and grant of this application will not require any waiver of the foreign ownership limits set forth in the Communications Act. Furthermore, neither Avnerne nor Choice, nor any of their principals, are subject to denial of federal benefits under the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. Following consummation of this transaction, neither Avnerne nor Choice, nor any of their principals will be affiliated with any domestic or foreign telecommunications carrier. Grant of this application will allow Choice to continue to offer its customers the ability to engage in wireless international calling.
