Doerr is Wendy Doerr, a United States citizen. Ms. Doerr as also the executrix of Mr. Doerr‘s estate. And to confirm the inclusiveness of the ownership information, Cornerstone confirms that other than the owners listed in Attachment 1 to the Application, there are no persons or entities with a 10% or greater direct or indirect equity or voting interests in CornerStone Telephone Company, L.L.C.
