Dear Ms. Dortch:

        Pursuant to requests received from the staff of the Wireline Competition Bureau and
International Bureau, Voicecom Telecommunications, Inc. ("Voicecom") and Amvensys Telecom
Holdings, LLC ("Amvensys") (together, the "Applicants"), through the undersigned counsel, hereby
supplement their pending Application by providing the following additional information:

       (1) Applicants clarify that Voicecom Telecommunications, LLC ("Voicecom Operating") is
a Delaware limited liability company.

         (2) Applicants clarify their description of the geographic areas in which the Applicants and
their affiliates offer domestic telecommunications services, as required by 47 C.F.R. § 63.04(a)(7),
by stating that Alaska is the only state in which Voicecom Operating does not provide resold long
distance telecommunications service.

        Except as supplemented through this filing, all other information in the above—referenced
Application remains unchanged. Should you have any questions regarding this supplemental filing,
