("*Consertel") notified the Commission of the pro forma transfer of control of Consertel from Carso Global Telecom, S.A.B. de C.V. to América Movil, S.A.B. de C.V. Consertel hereby clarifies its dominant carrier status for the record. Specifically, Consertel reaffirms its prior acceptance of dominant carrier regulation, under the Commission‘s rules, on the routes between the U.S. and each of Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Brazil and the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to seeking reclassification at a later date.
