(‘WCVD") (together, "Applicants"), we hereby respectfully request to withdraw the application for consent to a Transfer of Control of TGEC to WCVD filed with the Wireline Competition Bureau and with the International Bureau in Docket No. ITC—T/C—20090428—00179. Applicants are withdrawing the application while addressing the red light status of the parent company and will refile when resolved.
