WITHDRAWAL OF JOINT APPLICATION Dear Ms. Dortch: Lightwave Communications, LLC ("Lightwave") and Broadview Networks, Inc. ("Broadview") (collectively, the "Applicants"), through their counsel, hereby respectfully request the withdrawal of the above—captioned Joint Application filed on June 27, 2008. As stated in the Application, Lightwave does not hold an international Section 214 authorization and it does not provide international telecommunications services. Accordingly, no international Section 214 authorization or assets associated with such an authorization will be transferred from Lightwave to Broadview.
