Transferors hold domestic and international section 214 authorizations and rural radio licenses. The following U.S.—based entities hold 10 percent or more of the equity of Boston Ventures or hold general partnership interests: Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (11%); State of Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds (20%); Boston Ventures Company VII, LLC (2% and general partner). The managing directors who have a 10 percent or greater interest in the general partner are U.S. citizens, with the exception of Anthony J. Bolland (United Kingdom citizenship), and Vikrant Raina, (India citizenship). A copy of Public Notice DA 07—3970 (rel. September 19, 2007) is attached.
