("Jefferson"), Boston Ventures Limited Partnership VII ("Boston Ventures") and ETS Telephone Company, Inc., ("ETS") hereby provide the following supplement to the above— referenced application. The Commission‘s staff has requested additional information concerning Integra Telecommunications, Inc. ("Integra"), an affiliate of Boston Ventures. That information is as follows: A. State ofincorporation Integra is incorporated in Oregon. B. States Where Integra Provides Service Integra provides local telephone service in Arizona, California, Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon Utah and Washington. The Integra local service area does not overlap with the ETS service area. Although Integra offers long distance and data services in all states, its primary service area is the same as for local telephone service. Integra and ETS have a combined share of the interstate, interexchange market that is well below ten (10) percent. C. Services Provided by Integra Integra provides competitive facilities—based common carrier services via its own network. Integra offers local dial tone, domestic and international long distance, high—speed Internet and data services (including digital subscriber line), voice messaging and other ancillary services designed to support the communication needs of businesses.
